This episode covers random Astral Portals opened between worlds by the Mystic Storms of Grandilar. Rather than write an article on these legends and stories I prefer to use the modern equivelent of the bards of Grandilar. So, take a seat, light up a pipe, sip a beer, and listen to the story by going to our Libsyn Episode Feed and hearing it for yourself. Of course, you can also sign up for the podcast in Itunes and have the bard come to you. Either way works just fine.

Afterlives Recommended

Afterlives is playing in my ear even as I type this. It is a very interesting audio drama from Alan H McDonald. It is basically a strange ride through the afterlife by a group of individuals. Some people find it confusing, but for me that was not a problem.

New Web Page

I put up a new, shorter Mark's Mysteries Web Page. The point of the page is to tell something about what I am doing and get people to download the podcasts. So, that is all it is doing.

Something Different to Listen to

This is one of the news programs that I listen to. It is called the Archaeology Channel. I like to keep up on a number of interests that let me in on our combined history. Curiosity keeps me going.

Forgotten Classics

Forgotten Classics is a podcast where you can find some of the more obscure works from the past. To be perfectly honest not all of the stories here interest me, but the Agatha Christie Tuppence story is both good and interesting. If you are looking for some good old fashioned stories not found elsewhere, you should check out the Forgotten Classics podcast.

Recommended Book

The Jovian Gate Chronicles - by Ron Vitale

I found this to be an interesting and entertaining story. It is not one of the best I have encountered, yet it contains an interesting set of questions that can cause ones mind to think. It is well worth taking a listen to.

Now here is one that is just plain entertaining. If you are easily offended by blasphemy, cornholery, sarcasm or good clean American fun, you should skip this one. It is called Crusade - by Greg Crites. And this is a direct link to the Itunes location. If you are looking for the Podiobook link to get the files outside Itunes you would click here.

I also want to bring The Veingel - by Jeremy James to your attention. What you will find is the story of a Nephilium, a war, and a well done story. However, once again I must warn that this one could be offensive to a few people. This link should take you to the Itunes feed.
