long time no post

It looks like a lot of dust is collecting here. Time to give the place a good cleaning as we end the 2011 season.

Right now my plans are, well, unknown. I have ideas, but the truth is they mean nothing until I can find the time to return to podcasting.

Here is hoping that next year sees new podcasts. I really want to do this.

New Grandilar Story Podcast!

I have been writing story fragments as I work on Dragon Storm RPG adventures. I do not think they are going to fit in the published RPG adventures. I do, however, think they will make interesting short podcast stories.

The Grandilar Game Podcast is brought to you by Art by Susan Van Camp. Written, edited, assembled, and read by Mark Ellis Harmon. This story is based on the Dragon Storm RPG world created by Susan Van Camp.

This podcast is copyright 2011 Mark Ellis Harmon.

Prep for Season Two has begun

I have started work on the second season of Mark's Mysteries. The rough draft for the first story is progressing slowly. It appears that I am getting 4-5 minutes done in two hours. Maybe as I get back into the swing it will get faster. Right now I have 9 whole minutes roughed.

I have spent a good deal of time studying the stories that I am enjoying and working on settling into a "style" I enjoy doing.

I am still doing these with stories straight from my head to the microphone. My attempts a writing them do not turn out well for me. Just a style thing.

Well, that is it for this update.

Hosted, written and edited by Mark Ellis Harmon.

The card submission page Link.
The Grandilar Game Podcast Webpage.

In this episode, we cover the MarCon convention and the new sets news. Basically this is one of our "update" podcasts just to keep you folks informed of what is happening here at the chaotic clanhold.

Rather than write an article on these legends and stories I prefer to use the modern equivelent of the bards of Grandilar. So, take a seat, light up a pipe, sip a beer, and listen to the story by going to our Libsyn Episode Feedand hearing it for yourself. Of course, you can also sign up for the podcast in Itunes and have the bard come to you. Either way works just fine.
And if you like what you heard, you can come back here and put something in the bards hat. I'm sure he will use it wisely, really, I'm sure. The button below is set to take a $1.00 donation.
